Mystery Lake Hike

As always, our kids love to get out to the outdoors.  Here they are at the beginning of a long hike in good spirits.  The sad part is that I am having a tough time remember exactly where this was, but I believe this was above the Moffet tunnel above Nederland.

No hike is complete without finding a nice lounging rock to lay (and wrestle) on.  Here these guys are taking a nice break in the shade together.

This is a picture of the other side of the lake.  Our boys kept on wanting to get into the freezing water to look for fish and crawdads, but we tried to keep it to a minimum as we were fairly high up without warmer clothes if they happened to fall in.  However you can't tame these guys!
