Maui Trip - Day 1 (Part 4 of 5)

 

After several hours at the beach, we came back to check in to our AirBnb.  We found a place about a mile away from the beach in Wailea-Makena near Kihei at The Palms.  We were in more or less the end unit in a row of Condos with ours being a two-bedroom, two-bathroom place.  When you first open the door and walk in, this is what you are greeted with above.  Huge windows looking out towards the ocean, a clean open concept with lots of wood.  It was awesome!

This is the first bedroom that Gavin and Gage shared.  It was a queen-sized bed with a sliding door to the main living room and lots of closet space for their stuff.

The Master bedroom was just a bit further down the hall and hide this nice King sized bed and it's own  door that led out to the porch.

One of our favorite features of this place was the master bath.  Great sink space and a shower that looked like it could have held a whole party in there.  It's probably the biggest shower I have ever been in and sported two shower heads, which was pretty awesome.

Off the main living room, you could come out to this porch area with its own set of chairs and a wraparound couch.  It was calm and peaceful out here and would serve as a geat breakfast and hangout location.

This was the view out the back of the living room off to the side of the porch.  This floor to ceiling window also had a ledge at its base and some pillows so you could sit and read a book with this amazing view toward the ocean.  In the end, this would turn out to just be a great find and choice for the week.
